Cucumber Tomato Marinade For a wonderful and refreshing summertime treat, try this salad with garden fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and of course, Fresh Sliced.

Avocados: Fresh Sliced is great for preventing browning in avocados. Soak (completely submerge) avocado slices in Fresh Sliced for at least 2 minutes. Keep the treated slices refrigerated overnight, and you'll have great looking slices for salad's or snacks the next day!!

Guacamole: Use Fresh Sliced instead of Lemon Juice, or as a flavor enhancer! To prevent browning, use at least 1 tablespoon per avocado in your guacamole dip. This amount can be adjusted to taste and as needed to prevent browning.
